#TeamViuly - Some simple rules to help maintain the chat

Hi #viulyfamily - If you're new here, welcome!  If you're a veteran, nice to see you again!

This is a basic set of rules to help keep the peace, answer questions and get the basics out of the way, so we can help you with the really important stuff.  We'd really appreciate it if you coould help your fellow members by pointing them to this information and passing the information on when admins and staff aren't around.

2. Please watch the FAQ video as it will answer more then 70% of your questions -

3. No we will not help you grow your rank.  Your rank is there as a badge of recognition - to show how you have been engaging on the Viuly platform.  There is no shortcut.

4. All withdrawals will take around 5 business days for processing and moderating.  The account will be audited for suspicious activity before the funds are processed.

5. Pornography and Gore is no longer allowed on Viuly.  Members were taking advantage of the situation, and it was turning off potentially new users.

7. Moderators of Telegram do not have access to unblock your account.  It MUST be reviewed to be unlocked.  See the FAQ video for more details.

8. Do not post links to your channel, ICO or product without permission of one of the moderators.  If you do, you will be warned and eventually banned if caught doing it more than once.

9. Please avoid DMing the moderators and staff unless directly asked.  The staff are not on Telegram 24/7 to help specifically you with your problem.  There are many other people with similar issues.  Please post in the main chat, and wait for a response.

10. Please dont double post because you think we're ignoring you.  We will get to your question as soon as we can.  Sometime's we're already helping others, or perhaps getting a drink.  We will get to you, please be patient.

11. No, don't upload TV shows and Movies you didnt make yourself.  They're illegal and not welcome here.
